January ESSENCE : 54 Light of Xerius

Light of Xerius connects instantly with the light of Xerius. It reminds you of the moment when you joyfully took on the task to serve the light. APPLICATION IN January

Step 1 1 drop on each chakra from lotus to root chakra, the knees and the feet.

Step 2 Rub 3 drops in the hands and hold the hands outstretched in front of the heart chakra with the palms facing the body; then slowly move to the physical heart chakra and place the left hand on the bottom and the right hand on top.

Step 3 Place 1 drop on thumb and index finger together and hold the left on the tailbone and the right on the atlas and flood the spinal canal with it.

Step 4 Add 1 drop to a glass of water and drink it.
