                               23 Mental Enlightenment

 Mental Enlightenment realigns you with your own higher guidance. It clears the way for inspiration and intuition to come through; thus helping you to achieve your personal growth and goals. Mental pathways are opened up again and you come into contact with your dreams, visions and ideas, ensuring they are not nipped in the bud before they have had a chance to manifest.

When you get stuck in your daily problems you lose touch with your higher guidance, you may have many ideas, goals and ambitions for your life but if these things fail to materialise you may give up and focus solely on the outside world rather than aligning yourself with your inner knowing and your spiritual guidance. Mental Enlightenment paves the way for you to reconnect with, and realign yourself back to, your higher purpose. Mental Enlightenment can break through the engrained patterns which have built up on Earth collectively and which are maintained by society.

 Mental Enlightenment allows you to dive into and to re-connect with your spiritual guidance in order to receive its impulses. Inspiration for this new time is granted. This essence increases your communication with your spiritual guides and other supporting helpers and companions from the spiritual world. It also brings you into contact with your own tasks and your life purpose for this incarnation.

                                                        Application in October

Step 1: Hold the bottle above your head with your arm outstretched and slowly guide it downwards towards the lotus chakra, then on to just in front of your forehead, and draw a clockwise circle around your head at a distance of 5 cm.

Step 2: Apply 1 drop each to the centre of the head, the forehead, the back of the head and the throat chakra; apply 1 drop in a line from the end of the neck towards the shoulder joint, first on the left and then on the right; using a drop on your index finger, draw a clockwise circle on the heart chakra and around the 7th cervical vertebra, then upwards in a line to the atlas.

Step 3: With your arm outstretched, move the bottle from the front to the forehead chakra, then from the right, from behind and from the left, each time reaching as far as the astral body. Repeat this for the throat and heart chakras. Repeat for the solar plexus chakra and make a small clockwise circle at all four end positions.

Finally, apply one drop each to the front and back of the solar plexus using the flat of your hand.

Step 4: With one drop between your thumb and forefinger together hold two points on the left and right sides of the centre of your head until a flow is established between the two points.
