                                         1 Vital Light

ital Light supports the physical body and all energy bodies. It is vitalising and energising and it renews your energy resources so that you can literally ‘get back on your feet’. Vital Light is helpful during and after phases of illness and exhaustion. It helps the body to rid itself of feelings of heaviness. It strengthens your life force and willingness to ‘get moving’ again.

Vital Light supports the body to adjust more easily to frequency shifts and to integrate higher levels of light. It empowers you to take your own steps on your path of fulfilment.

                                                 Application in January

 Step 1 Make a clockwise circle with 1 drop on the index finger on the heart, solar plexus and navel chakra, on the kneecaps and around the 7th cervical vertebra. Then apply the essence to the cervical spine from bottom to top, tapping gently with the index finger.

 Step 2 Apply 1 drop each to the shoulder points (GB21), to the lotus, forehead and root chakra and into the mouth.

 Step 3 Rub 3 drops into the hands and place the hands on the kidneys and hold them there until the energy has been absorbed and filled the back and spine.

 Step 4 Hold the bottle with an outstretched arm in front of the navel chakra and from there slowly move it astrally (3-5cm) in front of the chakra; make a clockwise circle astrally in front of the chakra; then move the bottle clockwise around the body from astrally in front of the chakra. Repeat for the solar plexus and heart chakra.
