Ephimris supports the physical body and the energy body to cope with and to adjust to the increase of higher vibrational energy that is arriving now on Earth. The receptiveness and permeability for light and energy is connected with the lungs and Ephimris helps you to surrender to the cosmic breath and to attune your own breath to it.

Ephimris helps to lighten up your physical being by supporting the adaptation of the body cells to the new light frequencies. It promotes greater expansion and the synchronisation with the divine breath making it easier for you to surrender to the divine plan.

                                                    Application in July

Step 1: Hold the bottle above your head with your arm outstretched, then slowly guide it downwards in front of your heart chakra. There, draw a clockwise circle – first astral (approx. 3 cm away) and then in the emotional body (approx. 40 cm away). 

Step 2: Using one drop on your index finger, draw a clockwise circle on the centre of your chest. Apply one drop each with your index finger to the Lung 1points (right and left) –on the clavical pit, on the front of the throat chakra and on the back in a line from bottom to top. 

Step 3: Rub three drops between both hands and place them, crossed over each other, on your shoulder joints for a few moments (as if you were hugging yourself); then open your hands and arms wide in front of you.

Step 4: Apply 1 drop each to your kneecaps, your navel, the creases on the inside of your elbows and wrists, and, if necessary, into a glass of water or into your mouth.
